不少的网友只是关注在哪里能够拿到便宜的牛仔裤,对于牛仔裤进货的技巧却是只字不提。盲目的只顾进货,却忽略了一些最基本的进货知识,只能是为自己的生意之路难上加难。下面介绍的牛仔裤进货五大技巧希望能帮助您选择正确而走俏的货源:
1、了解消费群的心理选择合适的版型:广东这边的牛仔裤洗水色偏浅一点儿,即使漂得很白的裤子都有市场,但在内地穿这么浅色得就较少了。在很多地方怀旧风格的可以卖,但在云南那边的怀旧风格的就好难卖。就板型而言(女装),农村地方市场的臀围就要比城市的要大。

如果终端商是选择诚信的品牌,其厂家也不会对终端大量的货品积压坐视不管。因此,必要时,终端商可争取得到厂家的支持,利用厂家的资源优势,一起来清理库存,这样的效果比单独来做,会明显好很多。
2 寻找特殊的销售渠道
当现有的销售渠道不够用,无法消化库存的时候,可以考虑针对目标消费群体,开辟其他形式的销售渠道。比如,团购、VIP惠售、发行优惠券等,把库存及时清出去。
例如,可以大力发展团购业务,逢节假日,诸量如保暖内衣、羊毛衫、羽绒服、西服、童装等有一定共性的产品都适合发展团购业务。很多大的服装经销商在当地都拥有一定的人脉关系,可以充分利用这些关系开展团购业务,也可以同时在互联网上发展团购精选,因为服装是生活必需品,所以必然存在有团购市场。而团购能产生批销售,对清理库存很有帮助。 回收现金也比较快!
库存团购出货价一般比较低,除掉各项公关投入,基本上没什么利润,但能及时收回现金。尤其对那些季节性强的库存,不及时处理,库存又得在仓库里躺上大半年。
我们的一家专卖店,因积压的数百套款式过时的裤子占用了大量资金,老板因此很苦恼,通过门市显然无法在短期内将这些库存卖出去。后来该店老板找到了一个方法。他了解到,快放暑假了,大学生们都想买件衣服给父母带回去,而且大学生普遍爱穿名牌,但很多学生则因为经济问题而买不起名牌裤子。该老板通过市教育局的一位朋友介绍,联系上了10多所学校的学生会、各系或者老师。他以低于市场零售价格30%的价格将裤子卖给在校学生,同时每件给予相关负责人10%的提成,这是一件对双方都很有好处的事情。于是,有的学校给他提供了短期销售场地,有的给他提供了广播广告及公告栏广告的支持,有的勤工俭学中心还专门组织学生为他一个个宿舍跑推销;他还出点小钱赞助了一些学校羽毛球、篮球赛之类的活动,进一步建立和学校的关系。因为价廉物美,3个月后,居然通过10多所高校将全部积货都清空了。
我个人认为 还是团购处理的方法最快,靠个人销售处理 费时费力。
另一个例子是,南京一经销商手上曾经有一万余套名牌运动服的库存,占用了他不少资金,而通过其终端渠道,又无法在短期内将这些库存销售出去。于是他瞄上了南京大中专院校的大学生。
该经销商通过市体育局的一位朋友介绍,联系上了十多所学校的体育协会、体育系或者负责体育没备的老师。在这些学校的体育窗口,他以低于市场零售价格30%的价格将运动服卖给在校学生,同时每套给予相关体育负责人10%的提成。
于是,有的学校给他提供了短期销售场地,有的给他提供了广播广告及公告栏广告的支持,有的勤工俭学中心还专门组织学生为他一个个宿舍跑推销。
他还出了点小饯,赞助了一些球赛,进一步建立起和学校的关系。因为价廉物美,三个月后,居然通过十多所大学处理厂7000多套库存运动服。
3 用库存品交换广告
毫无疑问,投入广告肯定可以提升经营者的知名度,如果是专卖店做广告很多时候还可以获得总部一定程度的支持,而很多媒体是可以用货品来充抵广告费的,这样做有利于经营者将来的经营活动,属于用眼前的损失交换未来的收益。
曾经有一位专卖店的老板跟所在城市的电视台谈成一笔广告交易,用800条裤子充抵一笔8万元的广告费(该保暖内衣市值160多元/条,但专卖店进货价格仅80元/条)。而该电视台在年底开客户联谊会的时候,则将裤子作为礼品送给来参会的客户。该店主不仅用库存换取了广告效益,而且还用8万元的发票向供应商申请到了30%的费用报销。该专卖店等于用70%的钱,却获得了8万元的广告回报,还及时清理了手中的库存。
很多广告公司为了获取价格优势,常常买断一些媒体时段,然后再进行转手。但当有些时段没有及时转手出去时,广告公司为收回成本,常常会同意企业用部分或全部产品来充抵广告费,而广告公司则把产品作为公关礼品或公司福利发给员工。
不仅仅是广告公司,一些媒体也愿意将一些多余的广告时段来换取实用的产品。
一经销商曾用800套保暖内衣充抵一笔8万元的电台广告费(该保暖内衣市值180多元/套,但经销商进货价格仅60元/套)。电台则将保暖内衣作为礼品,送给前来参加年底客户联谊会的客户。
经销商不仅用库存换取了广告效益,而且还用 8万元的发票向厂家申请了50%的费用报销。经销商相当于没花很多钱,却获得丁8万的广告回报,还及时清理了手中的库存。
4 及时与总部调货
防止库存积压的一个秘诀就是及时与总部联系换货。在进货时,坚持少量多款,并且给店里的导购定下规矩,只要新进的款式在7天内没有人询问,或者在10天内没有售出,便迅速返回总部那里调换其他颜色或款式。在2009年秋冬订货会上,曼洒特总部已经制订了较为宽松的调换政策,大家要充分利用。这些防止压货的方法不仅能带来最大的现金流,也会让店里新款层出不穷,非常吸引买家的目光。当然,这样做也有一个缺点,就是要时常看总部的脸色,而且调货不能太过频繁。
5 参加一些有针对性的展销会。
上海的一些羊毛衫企业比较喜欢通过经销商在各大中城市组织、参圳一些产品展销会,其主要目的也是清理其巨大的库存。展销会主要依靠价格优势吸引特定消费群体,直接将库存品展销出去。

每个裤子不能有太多类似款!
拿货时,两个款差不多,选一个。两个款都喜欢,就先做好一个,以后再做一个。为什么呢?有比较,就有高低。客人不愿意参加考试,你10个款她通常只挑一条,淘汰的9条,她以后兴趣不大。你提供5个款,她也是选一条。记住,不要太多款式,客人对裤子的款式要求不多的。淘汰供货商时,以版型为重点因素。凡是版型好,年龄跨度大,简单大方的裤子,就是最好卖的。个性是客人的事,共性是你的事。裤子越个性,越难卖。
卖裤子要学会考虑对方,更要考虑自己利益,就算他穿着不好看也要不住的夸他。他等会就会心动了。
