您好！真絲衣物褪色建議送到專業的洗染店嘗試處理，以下是清洗絲綢織物的方法及注意事項：
1、真絲綢品種繁多，建議清洗前查看衣物的洗滌標簽。有些品種不宜洗滌，如花軟緞、織錦緞、古香緞、天香絹、金香縐、金絲絨等；有些品種適合乾洗，如立絨、漳絨、喬其紗等；有些可以水洗，洗前先在冷水中浸泡10分鍾左右，浸泡時間不宜過長。深顏色一般易掉色，冷水或溫水洗滌，不宜長時間浸泡；輕柔捏洗，切忌大力搓洗。機洗時選擇輕檔。
2、不耐鹼，應選用中性不含酶或絲綢專用洗滌劑；
3、不可使用含氯助洗劑浸泡，可用含氧助洗劑去色漬；
4、採用擠壓洗，忌擰絞，擠壓除水，懸掛陰干或折半懸掛陰干，勿陽光下暴曬，不宜烘乾；
5、要使用柔順劑維護柔軟手感和抗靜電。
6、真絲衣物宜懸掛存放，存放衣物的箱、櫃要保持清潔、乾燥，盡量密封好，防止灰塵污染，不要灑除臭劑或香水，不要放置樟腦丸。保藏真絲服裝，對薄型的內衣、襯衣、褲子、裙子、睡衣等，先要洗滌干凈，熨干後再收藏。對不便拆洗的秋冬季服裝、襖面、旗袍要用乾洗法洗刷干凈，熨平為止，以防止發生霉變、出蛀。經過熨燙，還可以起到殺菌滅蟲的作用，熨燙時將衣物晾至七八成干再均勻地霧噴清水，待3－5分鍾再燙，熨燙溫度應控制在130度至140度之間，熨斗不宜直接按觸綢面，以免產生極光，必須在上面加蓋一層濕布再燙，以防高溫使絲綢發脆，甚至燒焦。
