6、學生徒步或乘車(騎自行車)，外出，應自覺遵守有關安全規定，頂防交通安全事故。
7、學校應重視和加強對安全防火工作的宣傳和防範，完善重點防火部位的防火設施，留有消防通道，
配齊配足滅火器材，落實值班制度，預防火災事故。 嚴格用電管理制度，學校有專門機構或專業人負責用
電管理，經常進行檢查維修，及時更換老化或不符合要求的線路，禁止超負荷或違章用電。
8、學校應根據學生的特點和可能發生安全事故的條件、環境等客觀因素，做好各項活動的組織管理工
作，預防非正常傷亡事故發生。
9、樓房的護欄和扶手必須完好堅固、走廊樓梯照明設備齊全;出早操、下晚自習及遇有緊急情況，班主
任教師要提前到位，組織學生有秩序地下樓梯，防止因擁擠、踩踏造成傷亡。
